Tom & Susan Wilkens offer a full schedule of yoga classes in their cozy yoga space on vibrant Madison Street in the heart of downtown Forest Park. They also offer personalized one-to-one instruction in hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, and meditation. Susan specializes in individual instruction utilizing the powerful technology of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation to master life challenges and build strength & radiance. She is also highly skilled in teaching breath-based meditation, which can include mindfulness, chanting and relaxation techniques. Tom is also a Licensed Massage Therapist & Thai Massage Therapist. Tom and Susan also teach a variety of different styles of yoga classes at several locations in Chicago and the western suburbs. Engaging, thorough & accessible instruction.
