Saskia is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher whose love of yoga overflows effortlessly into her classes,as she gently and eagerly encourages students to experience their own awakening potential. This small home-based tranquil studio offers a group class once a week, and private tuition on request. Classes focus on a combination of Vinyasa Flow; Hatha and Yoga Nidra and are tailored to those attending (maximum 10 students per class).
