Led by a former nat'l cycling team member, world championship medalist and elite athlete in numerous sports who brings firsthand knowledge and expertise to sports and yoga. As a certified yoga teacher, she fine-tunes performance and reduces injury while boosting recovery and enjoyment. Workshops, weekly classes and private/group sessions focus on core yoga poses and information to maximize power and performance, no matter your sport. Breathing, recovery and focus techniques emphasized, as are strengthening, lengthening and opening. Works closely with high school and college sports teams as well as amateur and pro triathletes, runners, etc. ALL levels welcome - gentle classes included as are vinyasa flow. Drop-ins welcome anytime.
