The essence and philosophy of Sacred Breath Yoga is rooted deeply in a system of self inquiry, deep listening, curiosity, informed guidance and the intelligence of the human body.As a way of knowing and understanding self we create a personal language with the body that helps us to navigate our way through the places unfamiliar to us. When we find extreme joy and freedom moving in certain ways a new life begins in the body and when that begins, we can go deeper into the body stories that live behind our tight shoulders or collapsed posture.
Through a personal yoga practice we uncover that at our core we are uniquely brilliant and allow ourselves to live in the imprint of stillness deep within us. learning how to move diligently and compassionatly through the layers that keep us from remembering this truth is the mission at the heart of Sacred Breath Yoga.
