We at Laughing Buddha Hot Yoga are excited to bring the first “real” hot yoga studio to the area. Our yoga comes directly from the Bishnu Gosh lineage in Calcutta, India. This is the lineage that created the original concept of hot yoga. We offer Hot Yoga in the classic Calcutta method, Hot Vinyasa based on the Barkan Method and a Free Style Vinyasa. You can be sure that the room will be heated to a temperature between 95 and 105 degrees with humidity between 50 and 75 percent.
