Soul Healing with DeeDee offers Private Yoga Instruction, Reiki Therapy or a combination of both. Group Instruction is also available. Instruction includes physical postures and breathwork to enhance inward focus and meditative awareness. With focus on postures and breath, one can remove themselves from the struggle with mental disturbances. Private yoga lessons are designed specifically for each individual. We will work together to integrate your goals into your practice.
