Currently holding classes in the Mind/Body Studio at Gold's Gym, a warm quiet environment. Classes: Hatha Yoga - featuring breath work, asana practice, short flow sequences and deep relaxation. A steady paced class for beginner/intermediate. Combo Flow Yoga - featuring breath work, strength building, extended vinyasa (flow) sequences, and deep relaxation . An active paced, heating practice for students with a general working knowledge of yoga poses and transitioning. Meditation practice - guided meditations to rejuvenate, de-stress and improve sleep.
