I have completed Level 1, 2, 3 Yoga Teacher Training through Ashram Yoga Ltd Parnell, Auckland. I am a 500 hr Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga teacher. My classes can be adapted to suit individual needs and ability. I teach beginners to intermediate level and include postures, breathing, and relaxation at the end of my classes.
