Beautiful and Inspiring, IRB Yoga provides a variety of classes including Beach Yoga, Introduction to Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hatha, Mommy & Me and Mother/Daughter Yoga, Hot Yoga, Restorative, Ashtanga Primary Series, Breath & Meditation Classes. We have 30yrs of experience and are Certified in over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. Our Teachers are certified by the Yoga Alliance in 500hr RYT, 500hr e-RYT, 200hr RYT, RPYT, RCYT. Our Classes are held on Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach, enjoy Yoga in a relaxed, nonjudgemental atmosphere. We focus on the special needs of each yogi.
