Ellie Pickering is a yoga instructor, licensed acupuncturist, and a certified massage therapist. She began her study of yoga in 1989 and has been teaching yoga since 1996. Ellie's gentle-natured approach to teaching combined with her extensive knowledge of Western anatomy/physiology and Chinese energetics creates both a healing and educational experience.
