Whispering Lotus Healing Center offers small yoga classes where students get individualized instruction based on their body’s needs. Teaching the universal alignment principals of Anusara® yoga, we create a safe environment for both beginning and experienced students to deepen their asana (postures). Heart-felt themes are interwoven into classes, empowering the students to awaken to their own prefect nature. Chanting, meditation, and dharma talks on yogic philosophies and ethics are also part of each class, allowing for a more holistic experience of what yoga has to offer.
