We offer a variety of different style of classes, including Resortative, Yin and Vinyasa Flow. We have an on-site Ayervedic specialist, along with offer Reiki healing and Thai massage/yoga. We are open to renting space for events, including hosting workshops by outside teachers. All of the teachers are yoga alliance certified! We focus on bring balance to the body, mind and spirit.
