Ashtanga Yoga Jakarta is a Yoga School that incorporates the full traditional Indian practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Jakarta's only dedicated Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, all classes are led and taught by Yoga Acharya Nilesh R. Tiwari himself. Nilesh is an Acharya in the Mysore traditional practice and incorporates into classes the therapeutic aspects of Ashtanga Yoga. Traditional Mysore , Led classes and Beginners classes are offered.
