Shawna Sershon 200 RYT, is an internationally celebrated yoga instructor known for her passionate, creative, and inspirational style of teaching that incorporates both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga practice. A former telecommunications executive and non-profit fundraiser found yoga a powerful tool in healing not only from prior sports injuries but a sense of balance in a very hectic corporate life. Teaching yoga allows transformation through authentic connection and a clarity of spirit to create an inner journey towards healing, self awareness, acceptance and empowerment. Shawna's main focus is Private Instruction and Corporate Yoga. She also exculsively teaches for the YMCA.
