New Mama Yoga with Anne Witmer- In this class we use gentle yoga poses to re-acquaint students with their non-pregnant body, help them release tension & stress, and build strength and stamina to assist in handling the demands of parenting. Meditation and guided visualizations help students calm their minds and soothe their emotions, bringing a greater sense of peace and confidence while assisting them in coping with fatigue and hormonal changes.

Prenatal Yoga with Anne Witmer: This class will help you adapt to the changes experienced during pregnancy and prepare you both physically and mentally for the birthing process. Through gentle hatha yoga, guided visualizations, breathwork and mindfulness meditation, you will increase your flexibility and stamina while also learning to relax and tune into physical sensations. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to deeply connect with your new, growing baby.
