A student of yoga for many years, Raymond offers the student a variety of styles blended into one yoga class. Classes are mixed level and held every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm. On Saturdays at 8:30am we do a restorative yoga to go deep within and stretch the muscles. Alignment principles are a part of every class as well as moderate stretching and relaxation at end. Raymond has studied with some of the best teachers in the world. Come see what true yoga is all about.
