The classes are led, and especially designed to teach anyone, regardless of age, ability, or physical condition, the Postures, Breathing, Relaxation, and the Meditation techniques of Yoga. There is no commitment necessary. Also offering Gentle Yoga. 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (yoga alliance approved). CE credits for yoga teachers. Offering workshops, retreats and trainings year round. We offer classes at your place or ours.
