AYTT is a well established yoga teacher training in the Kripalu Tradition, conducted in weekend modules for a total of 200 hours. Kripalu Yoga is known as meditation-in-motion and combines the disciplines of Hatha Yoga (physical disciplines - asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and ayurveda), Raja Yoga (concentration and meditation) and Bhakti yoga (chanting).
