Ananda Yoga center is located just below the famous Moorish castle "castillo" in the center of Lanjaron, Alpujjaras. You can access it via the main street running outside the town of Lanjaron. Class times are Tue to Fri 9 am to 10.30 There are other ongoing courses and meditation programs. Healing sessions are also available. The space is lovely, really beautiful. You get to practice yoga for well being and relaxation over looking the majestic mountains of the Alpujjaras. There is a mat provided but students can bring their own conventional yoga mats.
