Experienced Yoga teachers are offered the opportunity to learn yoga used in a UK research trial into low back pain over two weekends with a requirement of home study. Learn how to help newcomers to yoga with low back pain aid their own recovery and then maintain the future health of their lower backs by effectively and safely teaching a 12-class programme.
