Yoga Teacher Training (200 and 500 RYS - registered yoga schools,with Yoga Alliance) or take the program to 'Develop Your Practice'. Also, Yoga Workshops, Yoga Classes, Yoga Mentoring, and Yoga/Life/Health/Business Coaching. I am a yoga teacher, life/health coach and an aspiring writer. I have been teaching yoga for over 12 years and leading yoga teacher training/develop your practice program for more than 7 years. I am interested in walking the journey with students/coachees who want to learn more about integrating the body, mind and spirit. I believe that by finding balance in all areas of our lives and living in alignment with our core values, we can live a life filled with intention and purpose.
