Clayton Yoga, St. Louis has trained over 200 yoga teachers worldwide and taught over 5,500 yoga classes. We offer yoga that empowers both the body and mind. At Clayton Yoga, there are no gym fees, extra hidden sales tax or competition among the students. Postures are all accessible, fun and highly rewarding.
