EmpowHer is a FREE class for women looking to over the effects of ANY traumatic experience. Healing & Realizing YOU with Yoga, Meditation & the Exploration of the Inner You. The focus is on the present & future. Though compassionate, this is not counseling, or a sharing circle. This is a class where we intentionally energize what we DO want!
