Starting Jan/02/2012 All group Yoga classes will be held in Lawrenceville at 198 gwinnett drive Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Private classes will still be located in Dacula. I provide private classes for individuals as well as Couples yoga and group class. Yoga for Relaxation and meditation. This form of yoga is very easy and slow paste, with deep breathing and tuning into yourself and feeling your energy,concentrating on the breath with each movement, quieting the mind and allowing yourself to give way to relaxation. Energizing, Yoga. This class is a little faster paste. Holding posses a little longer and using your body’s own weight and muscles to strengthen yourself.
