My yoga journey began in 2001, and in 2008 became a certified yoga teacher and RYT 200. I teach Intermediate, Level 1, Yoga for Athletes ,Power Yoga and Restorative. I am also a college-certified stress management and meditation coach. I've studied with various internationally known yoga teachers and currently practice Anusara yoga. I teach at The Club for Women ,YMCA Scottsdale/PV and sub at several other Valley locations. Sorry, no private classes offered at this time.
