Children classes are full of fun and help children become flexible, be challenged, and learn to focus better in and out of the classrom. They learn to respect and love themselves and others. The adult yoga classes are scheduled in the evening well after all the homework is done, dinner and clean-up completed so Mom can have time to relax and focus on herself for a change. A very relaxing class. All levels are welcome.
