Stevenage Leisure Ltd Seniors Wednesdays 11am-12pm General Wednesdays 7pm-8pm SHEPHALL CENTRE: Beginners Course starting Monday 13th September 7pm-8:20pm at Shephall Leisure. Bookings must go through the centre 01438 210100. I mainly teach from a Vinyasa/Hatha base although with further study workshops I will add in elements from Yin Yoga and Kundilini, you will be hanging out in postures to groovy yogic musical tunes and Sufi Poetry to make your yoga experience more wholesome. Be prepared to stretch your mind, body and your yoga mat. I have been a student of Yoga for 10 years and have trained with one of the most respected yoga teachers Katy Appleton from Appleyoga.
