Our bodies hold physical and emotional tension in the muscles, joints and nervous system. Such restrictions often result in stress, poor physical alignment and other health concerns. Hands on Yin Thai is an assisted technique that presents a gentle and non-forceful opportunity for the body to cleanse itself through it's natural release mechanism. During a session, the recipient remains entirely passive as they are slowly moved through small ranges of motion and placed in safe, basic stretches. Hands on Yin Thai practitioners are trained to recognize subtle signals from the nervous system by allowing the body's innate intelligence to be expressed and facilitated. The result is restoration and a return to natural, healthy alignment.
