I run Mindfulness Hatha/Raja Yoga classes all year round in a beautiful log cabin at my home, 4 miles north of Ashbourne, Co Meath. Groups are small & friendly (up to 8 people only), and there's plenty of personal attention. As well as the stretching, postures and breathing, relaxation is key in my classes. Courses last for 8 weeks & cost €15 per class with payment instalments & holiday weeks available.
