Yogaflo offers a dynamic practice uniting movement with breath. Beginner an Intermediate class’s available offering students the ability to progress with their yoga practice. Students can expect to increase their strength and flexibility, cultivate breath awareness, de-stress and energise their mind and body.
Courses are in 10 week blocks (8 weeks can also be booked).
