Pregnancy yoga classes for the mum to be. The yoga postures are adapted for women during their pregnancy. Classes will include postures and focus also on breathing and deep relaxation. Yoga is beneficial during pregnancy. It helps bring balance to the mind and body of both the woman and baby through postures, relaxation, meditation and pranayama (breathing).
It is advisable to begin after the first trimester, and take medical advice before starting classes.
