We have teacher training and classes in traditional Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Power Flow style yoga for all ages and levels. Jennifer, the founder of the Shala, and Chris are both authorized Ashtanga Yoga teachers. We often have fun community events such as potlucks and kirtans. We are one of Vancouver Island's first traditional Ashtanga studios.
