Alexis recieved her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification in 2002. She teaches various types of yoga throughout central WI, focused in the Stevens Point area. She currently teaches at Evolve Fitness & Yoga (www.evolvefitnessandyoga.com) and also offers Private Instruction for individuals and groups as well as develops Wellness Programs for businesses, educational facilities, and other community organizations.
