Catherine began to practice yoga in 1975. During the '80, she introduced some yoga exercices in her professional practice with children and teenagers. She is a Yoga Teacher agreed by the ABEPY. She is on continuing learning with western and eastern masters. Actually she teaches small weekly group classes in the tradition of Hatha Yoga. Classes (mostly in French)are for adults, children or teens. Individual yoga classes available and very helpfull for any physical and/or psychological disorder. Kids yoga teacher training : Training 2012-2013 : 10 days workshop begin on 16 September. Family yoga workshops. Please contact me for more details.
