Greetings, Welcome to something Energizing, Fun and Deeper than you may get pounding away at the gym. Energetic Yoga is a flow that “links and syncs” opening and powerful movements with breath. The idea is to work hard while staying calm so that by the end of class you feel like you’ve worked out but also you’ve worked within. You feel stronger, more flexible, as well as more Peaceful and energized to face the rest of your day. It may not be your Grandma’s yoga but then again maybe it is. We all start where we’re at and go as far as we want to go. Energetic Yoga is for any one ready to challenge them selves physically, emotionally, and mentally. All you need to do is show up ready to Breathe, Move and Sweat! Energetic Yoga points in a direction to move into, you take it as far as you want! Energetic Yoga functions on a donation basis. (Except at studios that have set fees.) The suggested donation is $7 to $12 per class. Classes are generally an hour in duration (plus a ~10 min. savasana) and work the whole body! Yoga mats are available for rent for $2
