Gentle Yoga classes are offered Mon. & Wed. 9:30-10:30 AM. Great for beginners and those who wish some modification to an existing practice. This is a multilevel class with props (chair, barre,block and straps)for those who need them. Vinyasa Flow classes are held Thurs.6:45-7:45 PM. A candlelight class for the more experienced student involving a deep awareness of movement and breath. Restorative yoga is offered in all classes.Although Lyn is Iyengar certified she draws from other forms of yoga to offer her students a well rounded and varied practice.
