TOTAL YOGA is a complete form of Yoga - from Asanas for fitness, weight-loss and body toning, to Pranayama for de-stressing, and Meditation. Total Yoga benefits the individual on all levels – Body, Mind & Soul.
Total Yoga classes are 1 hour each, and no two classes are ever the same! Every class deals with different elements of fitness through Yoga (cardio, strength, flexibility & balance). Different body-parts are trained in each class, and the asanas vary so that the entire experience is never monotonous! Total Yoga classes are result-oriented and help you get in shape. Then comes Pranayama, which is intrinsic to each and every class. Special focus in laid on energizing, rejuvenating and de-stressing. The student can explore deeper realms, and is also guided towards Meditation techniques.
Currently Total Yoga classes are held in Pune, India. Apart from regular group classes, Total Yoga conducts customized Personal Training, Workshops, Corporate Training and Retreats.
