The Mission of the Rochester Karma Yoga Project is to practice, share and promote yoga in the community as a path to uniting the mind, body and spirit in serving others. This diverse group of yogis representing all ages, abilities and experience meets on the third Saturday of most months at Mount Olive Lutheran Church for practice and a workshop. Area yogis are invited as leaders to share their personal flavor and style. Local charities are highlighted each month to raise awareness and to help meet the expressed needs of their members or clients.
