Cosmic Yoga

Suitable for beginners, all abilities are welcome! Location: The Share Centre, Stow Hill, Newport Leisure Centre, and Virgin Active Healthclub, Cwmbran

Discover, experience, and understand the many practical benefits that yoga can offer. Tools that we can use in our everyday lives to restore harmony, balance and promote inner and outer well-being.

With experienced teacher, therapist and Reiki Master. Particular emphasis is given to breath-work,(pranayama), relaxation techniques and meditation, in addition to learning how to safely practise classical yoga postures(asanas).

Classes are not strictly confined to the practice of Hatha Yoga. Mia frequently likes to draw on other yoga/ spiritual/ energetic traditions.

Small class sizes ensure plenty of one-to-one support and a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.

Cosmic Yoga encourages, enables and inspires students to develop and enjoy a confident, holistic approach to personal practice at home and in daily life.
