I have been teaching friendly, non-competitive & safe, one to one & group classes for over 13 years. I teach sessions for relaxation, stress management, flexibility, back care, weight management, specific health complaints, seated yoga, meditation, antenatal & postnatally. I am happy to personally tailor sessions to the requirements of the individual or group. I can also provide programmes that include nutrition, health, life coaching, exercise, CBT, NLP, mindfulness & confidence building tools. I teach adults & children & ages have ranged from 2 years old to 82!
