2013 schedule of classes: Strengthen, stretch and balance the body, relax and quiet the mind, bring joy to the spirit with the art of YOGA! Practice classical yoga poses, yogic breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. Schedule of classes: Gentle/Moderate Yoga Flow on Thursdays, 9:30am; and Sundays moderate yoga flow at 9:30am.
