2014 schedule of classes: Starting 9/25, Thursday mornings at 9:45am & starting 9/27, Saturdays at 10am, ongoing through the holidays. Strengthen, stretch and balance the body, relax and quiet the mind, bring joy to the spirit with the healing art of YOGA. Practice classical yoga poses, yogic breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. Classes offered weekdays and weekend, group and private. Mats and yoga props available.
