Yoga Vidya Retreats (Peridot Inn, Hebbal near Infosys outside the city) is a group of certified and experienced yoga teachers with deep spiritual interests and coming from the various spiritual traditions in India or elsewhere. What we teach is complete body-mind-spiritual training: Asanas, breathing (pranayamas), Chakra Balancing techniques, meditation, ayurveda, Sanskrit, practical philosophy and open for anything that helps in living a yogic life in a demanding society. All our teachers are either monks, scholars or spiritual seekers from traditional yoga ashrams, and enriched with years of experience in teaching the students from Europe, Canada, USA, Australia, Japan and South East Asia.
