Founded in 1996 by Kent Bond, Willow Glen Yoga is a community-based studio dedicated to creating a safe haven for both the novice and the experienced practitioner in the effort of cultivating health and ease in the body and mind. The focus of the studio is on fitting the practice to the student, not the student to the practice. Come here to take Yoga Tune Up (c) and Tri Yoga classes as well as to participate in Yoga of 12 Step Recovery classes; a powerful force for health in recovery. SOAR Certification trainings (Success Over Addiction and Relapse) are scheduled here as well.
