After about 10 years of practice, I was trained to teach in 2003, at Mt. Madonna Center... with the famed Baba Hari Dass. Hari Dass is the guy in Be Here Now, and Ram Dass' teacher (also Ginsburg, etc). I spent a total of 7 months living at the center, learning and in various roles. Presently I'm only offering private lessons or small group activities! Mostly I teach 'feel-good' yoga, and i can fit my teaching style to your needs. We have space at our home, and also I am happy to meet you or your group within a reasonable distance - perhaps Trolly Barn Park? Rates vary from 40-75/hour. I have loads of mats from my studio, and I am happy to accommodate requests - perhaps a little weight training etc, to add to the mix!
