Vita is the wellness center located within Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. All yoga classes at Vita are designed to focus on the health benefits of yoga. All Vita classes and services include complimentary use of our Relaxation Lounge with light refreshments, as well as use of our Aqua Therapy Suite, including whirlpool and sauna. Class space is limited, and reservations are strongly suggested.
