Enjoy the convenience of studying privately in your home: I will come to you. I am a triple-certified Hatha yoga teacher. My style is Classical Ecclectic Hatha Yoga with strong Ashtanga (Power) and Iyengar (Alignment) influences, and a moderate flow (Vinyasa). I understand the severity of chronic back/body pain, and the limitations it can have on one's ability to function at a normal capacity. Together we will focus on strengthening the spinal muscles, as well as the abdominal wall, and include various asanas which will lengthen and tone your muscles. With a commitment to regular practice, you will be feeling better in no time.
