We are the first dedicated yoga center in Oxford, MS, with experienced registered instructors. We offer a variety of class styles and levels to suit any age or experience from Gentle Restorative classes to Vigorous Hot Yoga classes. We are conveniently located in the Midtown Shopping Center just north of the Oxford town square next door to Big Bad Breakfast. We also conduct 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs which are registered through Yoga Alliance.
