I am a private yoga, somatic movement, and meditation coach, thai yoga massage therapist, and Reiki practitioner. I develope personalized wellness plans for my clients that are implemented both during our sessions together as well as by the clients independently between sessions. Wellness plans include thai massage and reiki treatments, yoga and somatic movement, meditation, and holistic nutritional counseling.
