At The Dolphin Studio, we know that what lies beneath the surface is what’s important. We try to get people to move a little deeper than just paying attention to the exercises. Our goal, through Yoga or Pilates, is to enhance how you can change your body on a regular basis. Our hope is that you leave your class with a greater appreciation and passion for all the wonderful ways your body can move. At The Dolphin Studio, we try to nourish more than just the muscles and the body. No matter what fitness level a person is at, we hope to enhance the health of your muscles, your joints and your thinking. We are always looking for new members for our classes.
