Offerings: 1. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy: A one on one session that integrates classical yoga and contemporary psychology. Assisted movement, stretches, breath work, and non-prescriptive dialogue are used to facilitate a deepening of awareness that allows you to connect with you body's wisdom. Each session provides an opportunity to gain greater mental and emotional clarity around significant life issues, release tension and gain a sense of physical, emotional, and spiritual well being *No prior yoga experience is necessary
2. Therapeutic Yoga Massage: A deeply restorative experience for the body, mind, and spirit. Your private session will include guided relaxation and assisted yoga stretches designed to unlock physical and emotional tension while improving flexibility, circulation, immune function, and the balance of energy in the body
3. Private Yoga Instruction: (All levels): A one-on-one experience personalized to address your unique needs through therapeutic yoga. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
4. Public Classes: Restorative Yoga @ Moksha Yoga on the Square (Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm)
